Ms. Tang Shin Ying doctor

Shin Ying is a qualified optometrist and had been an ISEC’s Professional staff since 2013. She graduated from International University College of Technology Twintech (IUCTT).

Prior to joining ISEC, Miss Tang had practical experience in Sankara Nethraya Eye hospital in India and several government hospitals in Malaysia. She was previous employed as an optometrist with one of the largest retail chain stores in Malaysia.

She had attended various courses on primary eye care, including soft contact lenses course organised by Alcon Malaysia, RGP lenses certification by Oculus, and is a regular attendant in primary eye care symposium in the region.

She had gained accreditation in primary eye care, pre and post-operative LASIK and Implantable Collamer Lens (ICL) care,low vision assessment, and has extensive experience in prescribing ophthalmic lenses.
